This pump has an approximate weight of 8.7 tons and is normally matched with a 1100 kW drive. The minimum distance required for pump disassembly is 640 mm.
Typical replacement parts include the shaft sleeve, gland packing, latern restrictor, throatbush, frame plate liner insert, impeller, and casing.
The pump discharge direction can be adjusted to 8 positions.
The 300LPT-SHG Warman pump is a single casing construction (i.e., without a liner).
The casing, cover, and impeller are all made of wear-resistant metal. A special clamping mechanism is used for connecting the casing and cover, allowing the pump discharge direction to be rotated arbitrarily, which facilitates easy installation and disassembly.

The 300LPT-SHG pump is equipped with a gland packing seal. This seal type offers a simple structure and easy maintenance, but requires frushing water. It is suitable for applications where the expeller seal is not feasible. For pumps with gland packing seals, the frushing water pressure and flow must be checked regularly. A small, continuous flow of clean water along the shaft is essential.
The packing should be adjusted periodically, and the packing inspected and replaced as needed. The frushing water pressure and flow rate must meet the requirements as stated above.
Operating Precautions for the 300LPT-SHG Pump:
The rotational direction of the pump shaft must match the arrow direction indicated on the pump casing. During motor trial operation, the motor must be completely disconnected from the pump. Reverse rotation of the pump shaft by the motor is strictly prohibited, as it will cause component damage.
For pumps equipped with gland packing seals, the packing must be properly installed before startup.
